Successful Collaborations

Since 2006, in collaboration with WineMatters UK and the TVET Council of Barbados, Michael and Celeste have provided WSET courses to some of the top rated hotels and restaurants in Barbados. As a testament to the value of these courses, many of the successful candidates are still working in the hospitality trade, while others have furthered their careers and moved into management postions.
